Join us each week for Women Wise Yoga. Thursdays from 12:15pm - 1:15pm.
Gain the many benefits that yoga offers to women of all ages!
Learn postures to tone and strengthen all muscle groups, increase flexibility, learn the relaxing effects of breath and movement, reduce stress through guided meditations... and just as important, engage in fellowship with women of all ages
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and a firm pillow.
