Be-Boppin’ in the Park

If you like vintage cars and motorcycles, you need to be at this event. In addition to the show cars, bikes and trucks, this Festival features live music, food, and prizes.  Over 200 exhibitors along Magnolia Boulevard between Hollywood Way and California. 

Be Boppin' in the Park annually draws thousands of people from Southern California and the western US. See rare autos and bikes, and have a great day in the sun.

Burbank on Parade

Burbank on Parade is a current annual event that has its roots dating back to the end of World War II in 1945. The event held in Downtown Burbank brings together residents of Burbank and business owners to celebrate Burbank City. The event runs through downtown Burbank and ends in George Izay Park, where an awards presentation is held.

Each year, the parade has a different theme. Local high school bands perform in the parade, and Burbank celebrities and VIPs can be seen in the parade and along the route.

Come Out and Dance

Thursdays in July and August at 7 PM on the AMC Walkway.  Listen to great live music with some of the areas's best known and hottest Latin, swing and salsa bands. Come downtown early for free swing and salsa lessons from professional dancers. This annual event is presented by the Downtown Burbank Partnership.

Downtown Burbank Farmer's Market

Buy fruits, vegetables, breads and other treats fresh from the farm. This weekly farmer's market is attended by farmers representing areas throughout Southern California. Come early for the best selection.

Farmer's market is held every Sunday in the parking lot behind Burbank's City Hall. Support your local farmers by shopping at the Burbank Farmer's Market.

Downtown Burbank Fine Arts Festival

Held twice annually along San Fernando Road, from Magnolia to Olive Avenue, this event is produced by West Coast Artists.  More than 100 artists and craftsmen showing their works and crafts.  This is a two-day event presented both in June and November.

Take this opportunity to spot up and coming artists and craftsmen and purchase their works at fantastic prices. See paintings, glassware, lithographs, wood work, and other types of art.

Holiday in the Park Celebration and Open House

Celebrate the holiday season in Magnolia Park. Listen to live music, take photos with Santa Claus, enjoy the refreshments and have a fun night in Burbank for free. Visitors are also invited to walk Magnolia Boulevard and stop by the open houses held by dozens of shops and restaurants.

Magical Magnolia Bicycle Tour

Enjoy one of Burbank's newest annual events! Pump up your bicycle tires, adjust your seat, and grab your family and friends for this fun day of bike riding in Magnolia Park. Learn about Magnolia Park and visit some of the restaurants and small shops who are hosting open houses for this event.

Listen to live entertainment, participate in bicycle equipment demonstrations, and learn about the history of Magnolia Park.

Sizzling Summer Nights at the Autry

Every Thursday in July and August, you are invited to listen to some of the hottest Latin bands perform live at Griffith Park. Receive complimentary dance lessons, enjoy the special taco and drink bar serving up cold margarita!

Starlight Bowl Sunday Concerts

Sunday concerts throughout the summer beginning with the annual 4th of July concert through August.  Bring your own refreshments (no hard liquor) and blanket or low beach chairs.  Sandwiches and beverages are also available for sale.  Parking is just $5.

Taste of Downtown Burbank

Outdoor Fall food festival with Burbank's best restaurants offering their favorites and specialties.  Includes fun live music on the AMC Walkway stage.  Proceeds benefit the Burbank Community YMCA scholarship fund.

Try food from trendy new restaurants and your old time favorites. This is always a fun event with tons of food, lots of laughs and great community spirit - all to benefit a wonderful cause.

Trick or Treat in Booo-tiful Downtown Burbank

Families with children (in costumes) are invited to Downtown Burbank on Halloween evening from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for an early evening of trick-or-treating! Visit your favorite participating downtown Burbank merchants for some great Halloween treats.

Most trick-or-treating is done on San Fernando Boulevard between Magnolia Boulevard and Angelino. This is a free event for the public to enjoy.

Twelve Days of Holiday Cheer

Beginning with Burbank's Mayor's annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and concluding with the Festival of Trees Auction, 12 Days of Holiday Cheer is the name given to Burbank's holiday season. Activities during the 12 days include a parade, musical entertainment, tree lighting ceremony, breakfast with Santa, and many more fun family events.
