The Autry National Center’s annual Sizzling Summer Nights is held every Thursday evening in July and August at Griffith Park. Come out and listen to some of the best live Latin music. Whether you love to dance or just enjoy listening to great music, this is the place to be on Thursday nights in the summer.

From mambo to Latin jazz to charanga to Afro-Cuban beats and everything else in between, the sounds of the hottest Latin bands will heat up your night! Bands such as Los Compadres, Orquesta Charangoa, Susie Hansen Latin Band, and many others will fill the air with great music and create the perfect festive atmosphere.

Everyone from dance professionals to the most novice dancers are invited to participate. In addition to the live music, you can receive complimentary dance lessons, enjoy the taco and drink bar with fantastic margaritas, tour the Autry Museum because of their extended museum hours, and visit the Museum Store to purchase CDs from the featured performers.
